Isadora Sweater, Adult

The Isadora Sweater is a showstopper with delicate and distinguished bishop sleeves. The lace is a six stitch repeat that makes for easy knitting while still creating a memorable finished sweater. It is knit as a top down raglan and in-the-round with seamless construction. The suggested positive ease is 2-6 inches (5-15 cm).

The Isadora Sweater is knit in fingering weight yarn held together with lace weight mohair. The sample used Isager Alpaca 2 (50% alpaca/50% wool, 50g = 273 yds) and Isager Silk Mohair (75% kid mohair/25% silk, 25g = 232 yds).

Of the Alpaca 2, you will need:

Of the Mohair, you will need:

  • 100 (114, 125, 138) (158, 173, 189) (208, 224, 233) grams OR

  • 928 (1058, 1179, 1290) (1475, 1611, 1756) (1931, 2086, 2164) yards OR

  • 848 (967, 1077, 1179) (1348, 1472, 1605) (1764, 1906, 2069) meters OR

  • 4 (5, 5, 6) (7, 7, 8) (9, 9, 10) balls

Sample is knit in Undyed E0 for both yarns.
